Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time 

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of order. Orders are not shipped on weekends or national holidays. Orders processed by 12PM EST are shipped same day. Orders processed after 12PM EST are shipped the following business day.

 If we are experiencing an extremely high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a 1-2 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below are the estimated delivery times of our partnering carriers.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses 

thebzzbox.com ships to addresses within Canada, the U.S, Mexico, and Europe, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

All customs and taxes, and tariffs are included in your order at checkout. No other charges will be incurred.

Damages

If your order was lost in transit, please contact us so that we can make a claim with the shipment carrier, and so that we can send a replacement order. Damages during delivery will also be covered. It's not the customers fault that the delivery company wasn't careful enough with the package.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as they may be needed by the delivery company.
