Refund policy

Bzz Box accepts exchanges on items that were damaged during delivery/arrive damaged. Email hello@thebzz.com with your order number and provide pictures of the damage to the product. Your replacement product will be mailed out within 1-2 business days. If a product is defective there is a 420-day warranty.
